The intentions of this report are dual. First, we report on the need for and current disposition of mental health services for deaf people. Seond, we offer suggestions and recommendatons on the way forward. Overall, the intention is that this report should be used as a tool, rather than as a definitive authority, in selecting a direction for future service delivery and then enacting its development.
