FEAST is a regular forum to discuss formal and experimental approaches to sign lan-guage grammar. Beside the years when TISLR, the world-wide academic event on signlanguage research that takes place every three years, is organized, FEAST is normallyheld every year in the format of an in-presence conference spanning over two or threedays, with keynote presenters, non-parallel main sessions and poster sessions. The languages of the conference are ASL/International Sign for sign language and English. In2020, due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Asia, FEAST was first moved from Hong Kong toParis with the intent of keeping it an in-presence event and finally held as a fully onlineevent. The paper describes the measures put in place to organize an online Deaf friendlyscientific conference.
