Every year the Danish Deaf Association receives many enquiries from people who do not live in Denmark but who are interested in receiving information about the Danish system of educating deaf people. It is therefore our pleasure to be able to publish this brochure in English. The brochure has been written by Palle Vestberg, psychologist, and describes the historical development of education for the deaf and current educational services for deaf children and adults.
