My research focuses on deaf people’s coping strategies and everyday experiences in employment. I decided to look at their strategies, because during the literature review I found that many studies had recurrently focused on deaf people having barriers in both getting jobs, and even when they have a job, they still undergo many barriers in their everyday life. I wondered how they coped with that. Work life plays a big role in our life.
