To promote a linguistic community through the establishment of its genuine language and culture since all language is a social phenomenon.
To keep a cooperation network with national and international institutions and organizations for sign languages protection and collaboration.
To cooperate with government and with other agents (associations, universities, etc.) on professional profiles (teaching, translation and interpretation, mediation, and research), for their qualification and training design.
To promote Spanish sign language learning in any field in line with the guidelines of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, teaching, Assessment (CEFR) with linguistic quality and correctness criteria.
To improve cultural activities related to the Spanish sign language as well as the direct participation of the signer community.
